  • Pillars of Lasallian Educators Excellence Awards: Suspension of Classes

    [USG ANNOUNCEMENT]

    In order for the faculty to participate in the Pillars of Lasallian Educators Excellence Awards 2014 on Monday, September 29, 2014, at the Teresa Yuchengco Auditorium, classes will be suspended from 9:15 am to 2:15 pm.

    Academic departments and non-academic units will continue their normal operations.

  • STC Locker Rentals, T2 AY1415

    Locker Rentals are done on a first come first serve basis.

    Guidelines for the locker rentals:

    A) All reservation will be done online via https://docs.google.com/a/dlsu.edu.ph/forms/d/180h5qV87ztQgTFoxW5iJLylMNd-0OaOr1M-LlPx9Hq0/viewform.
    B) Only one locker per student is allowed.
    C) Payments will be done at the STC Accounting Office.
    D) Students must sign the contract and present it together with their Official Receipt and lock to the USG Representative. One missing requirement means no confirmation.
    E) Switching of lockers will not be allowed once a reservation is confirmed.
    F) Locks with keys are suggested to lessen the risk of theft. In case of emergencies like broken padlocks, lost keys or forgotten password, padlocks can be forcefully opened for a fine of 80php.
    G) Please vacate all the locker by grade consultation day or course card distribution day. All lockers will be considered expired and all items inside will be taken by the SDFO. The fine for overdue lockers is 200php. There would be no second warning given.

    Note: You are responsible for all of your belongings. The University Student Government and Student Discipline and Formation Offfice are not liable for the loss or damages of your items inside the locker.
